RUNNING:

1) January 1-31, 2009 = 37 hours 34 minutes, 285.66 kilometers, total calories 20,561, peak hour 174, long run 4 hours and 5 minutes sm molino Cavite, joined 2 running events (tnf 20 and sto.nino 10), off 7 days.

2) From April 30, 2006-January 31, 2009 my total mileage is now 7,688.26 kilometers or 784.59 hours or 32.69 days non stop running, equivalent to 426,903 total calories.

GYM:

1) 15 times I’ve been to the gym with a minimum of 1 hour and 30 minutes per session. I can bench press now 160 lbs (10 counts 3 repetitions).

BIKING:

1) 7 times this month, the longest hour is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
