Last Wednesday afternoon, I ran in Makati City from 2:30pm to 5:35pm. It was a good run and am so happy to conquer this place by means of running.
If you can’t run in the morning due to conflict in work schedule, you can do it in the afternoon or at night.
Although tired from a day’s labor, running is a good antidote for stress. It is also a possible cure for insomnia.
Keep running! Morning, noon or nightime.
