RUNNING TIPS: Road or trail running maybe the cornerstone of any fitness or training program, but every type of runner benefits from mixing up his or her routine from time to time. Just for a change, if you’re an Ultrarunner, why not try joining a 5K race instead? Or try a track workout instead of doing your daily routine on the road always?
Or why not do this: In your running program, stop every 10 minutes and do push-ups. You’ll be amazed at the new life it will breathe into your routine.
