Today, we decided to leave our comfort zone and be in the place where we are not familiar with. Thru the benevolence of Bert, he fetched us from our residence in San Pedro Laguna all the way to Laguna Bel Air which is our point of origin. From there, we ran a total of almost 30 kilometers in 2 hours and 35 minutes back and forth to Cell Site Tower in Westgrove Sta. Rosa Laguna. That place is incredibly awesome, especially the altitude. We are 7 in the group, 6 of us are wearing adidas kotr any edition and one a milo singlet. Here are some pictures:

Here’s The data for our long run for today: 2 hours 35 minutes, in zone 2.24, ave hour 140, peak hour 178, min hour 30, total calories 1,670
Next sunday, we will be in Batangas city for the 21 kms Milo Marathon.

Good evening….I’m from Binan Laguna and I’ve been looking for a running group that i can join in training. I’ve been running since last year and joining races from October to Dec last year (10KM races). I was then busy from the start of 2009 thus i was able to resume running this march only.
I hope i could meet you up sometime. And also join you in your training.
