Finishing a 10 kms race in this historic site was a dream come true, for I was able to conquer this place in 51 minutes and 42 seconds. The event was organized by IntraSports dubbed as “Walled City Marathon.” The route was challenging and as I ran, I can’t imagine this place to be the stronghold of our great forefathers in combating their enemies way back in world war 2. Those bricks were vintage and I’m so fortunate to see those remnants during the race, for it’s forbidden to see such, during ordinary day.
