Last Wednesday, February 11, 2009..I did my easy run of 1 hour and 6 minutes equivalent to 8.25 kms in Manila Southwoods HotelGolf and Country Club. The data based on my hrm are as follows: in zone 56.56, average hour 116, peak hour 150, minimum hour 56, total calories 486.

I walked first for 10 minutes as my warm up exercise and then here, in Ministop Rosario San Pedro Laguna was my point of origin. It’s 5:30am in my heart rate monitor watch.

Running and photo shooting at the same time is not an easy task, for one must compromise his training program. However, it has advantages too. Enjoying the scenery, noticing every details of your route and appreciating those landmarks that only runners can do, at least for now.
